I made a leather cast of the bronze wreath on this monument. The leather was dyed deep and dark to look like bronze. This monument was not my first choice... it was an uphill battle. Most of the bronze had been ripped on the monument, it looked like it had seen better days. I had been told by one person that the General was a beloved leader. I got told by a history teacher that he was a murderer.
